About SurvivorSurvivor takes competitors form all walks of life and deposits them in a remote, rugged and harsh location, miles from the comforts of home. There, they must scheme, strategize and fight to stay in the game, all in hops of winning $1 million.
Twenty American strangers will compete on Samoa's rugged islands, in a landscape of towering waterfalls and mysterious rainforests. They will be forced to work together to adapt to their new surroundings, yet compete against each other to the stay in the game or be voted out by their peers. In the end, only one will remain to claim the Million Dollar Prize and Title of Sole Survivor.
Survivor is hosted by Emmy Award-winning host Jeff Probst and produced by SEG, Inc. Mark Burnett is executive producer and David Burris and Leisa Francis are co-executive producers.
