OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — An Oklahoma man accused of killing a North Dakota dentist has waived extradition.

Michael Nakvinda appeared in Oklahoma County District Court Monday to say he would not oppose his return to North Dakota, where he is charged with killing Fargo dentist Philip Gattuso, 49, a former Oklahoma resident.

Gattuso's Porsche convertible was found over the weekend at a storage facility in Oklahoma City. The car was tracked after witnesses saw it being pulled on a trailer near Gattuso's home hours before his body was found in his Fargo condominium on the night of Oct. 26.

Authorities said Gattuso died of a head injury and was found last Monday.
