A Howe, Oklahoma man and his girlfriend are charged today with the death of a 4 month old child.
Leflore County Prosecutor Jeff Smith says Aaron Hinson was charged today with first degree murder in the death of 4 month old Aiden Furney.
Doctors found a large foot print on the baby's chest after Hinson took the unconscious child to the hospital last month.
The child also suffered from blunt force trauma to the head and had marks on his neck.
The child's mother Kayla Furney was also charged today with enabling child abuse. Both are being held in the Leflore County Jail.
