The winning Powerball numbers for November 4th are 10 11 14 45 51 and the Powerball is 17
Arkansans are gearing up for their first shot at the Powerball.
However, most players we spoke to weren't playing for the first time.
They've been traveling to nearby states for their shot at winning big. "At Oklahoma I generally go over there on Wednesday and Saturdays and buy tickets. I've been doing that for the past 2 to 3 years," said Robert Simmons.
But the Arkansas Powerball kicked off on October 31 and the first drawing Arkansans are eligible for happened Wednesday night.
And those who haven't had much luck in other states are hoping Arkansas will show them the money. "It hasn't done good so far so I'm hoping I do good on this one," said player Anita Robey.
But others will take their luck where they can get it, meaning they'll go back to Oklahoma. "It's close by. If it were very far away I wouldn't, I would just stay here. But I'll spread my share around over there and over here."
Currently 31 states, including Arkansas, participate in the Powerball lottery.
And since there hasn't been a big winner in a couple weeks, the jackpot is up to 66 million dollars.
And that is music to anyone's ears.
