A West Memphis woman accused of using a missing River Valley man's credit card will face a Sebastian County Judge Thursday.
20 year old Jasmine Dawson is facing charges of fraudulent credit card use.
Dawson and her husband, 21 year old Mario Dawson, were arrested last Thursday.
Police allege the two went on a shopping spree with former Waldron Mayor Troy Anderson's credit card. The 75 year old has been missing for over a week.
The Dawson's have been questioned about his disappearance, but have not been named as suspects.
According to Fort Smith Police Sergeant Levi Risley says, the pair did not provide and useful information in interviews.
Risley says three detectives have been assigned to the case and they are in the process of getting a warrant to search the couple's Fort Smith apartment.
