A Benton County man and prosecutors have five months to get ready for trial.
Benton County Circuit Court Judge David Clinger said yesterday that 30 year old Joel Bullard and prosecutors have that amount of time to review a court transcript before trial in December.
About a year ago, Bullard's first trail on murder charges ended in a mistrial after the jury failed to agree on a verdict.
Bullard represented himself in the case where he was charged with the murder of his 46 year old half brother Darrell Bullard.
