A Washington County man has been been arrested after police found alcohol and drugs at his son's Halloween party.
On Saturday, deputies responded to reports of a loud party, and possible underage drinking at a home on W. Maywood in the northeast part of the county, near Fayetteville. Officers say they found 80-100 juveniles at the party, attempting to run or hide from authorities. Deputies arrested the homeowner who was at the party, 46 year old William Garrison for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and endangering the welfare of a minor, after seeing alcoholic beverages, marijuana, and paraphernalia at the home.
The following morning, drug task force members served a warrant on Garrison's home and found a felony amount of drugs and several firearms inside.
Garrison also faces additional charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
